Tips to protect your skin, have a healthy skin

What kind of skin infections are you facing? Are you skin problems visible on your face?
Skin is the most sensitive shield of our body. So we have to take care of our skin. For this, don’t use cosmetic and creams that filled with chemicals, use natural therapy’s and natural products to protect our skin.
First of all, its all depends upon your eating habits , lifestyle , stress levels ,, skin type, genetics disorders , hormonal imbalances and enviornmental problems.
No need to get all fancy and complicated. Depending on your skin, three to five products max are all you need. For us it is super simple: cleanse, mask, moisturize, protect.
You also can throw a serum, eye cream or an oil in the mix if there are specific concerns you want to tackle.
1. Washing your face
Each day, you should wash your face 2x a day with warm/cooler water.
Don’t skip a wash! When traveling you can get off track so much going on, it is intelligent to wash your face. You shoud put this action in your skincare routine.
Many people love hot water, they enjoy washing their face in the shower, but it can harm their skin, specially the sensitive skin. Therefore we use warm/cooler water to wash our face.


2. Using a remover and cleanser to remove the makeup.
We have a advice for you. Our skin need breathe and be free, therefore you should make up when it really necessary. When I do I use a wipe to remove all of the gunk and finish with cleanser to cleanse the face of what’s underneath. I know makeup removing cleansers are easy and convenient but I have found them not to be as effective as using a remover, then a cleanser to really get everything off.
You should avoid wiping your face dry. Try not to drag a towel across or down your face.
Gravity is too real and all of that pulling can cause your skin to sag over time. Pat or dab it dry instead.


3. Using a good moistuzizer
You should invest a good moistuzizer to take care your skin. Using a moisturizer with anti- aging and other target solutions will keep your skin protected and nourished for the long haul.


4. Using SUNSCREEN everyday
You wonder that if it is cool allday, is it necessary to use sunscreen?
Yes. Of course! You should use sunscreen everyday. It’s great to use a moisturizer with SPF, but that simply is not enough. You need to apply sunscreen every 30 minutes, especially if you are in a hot place like a beach or desert. We have a suggestion that you should use sunscreen that contains a sun protection factor (SPF) of at least 30. You also reapply sunscreen every two hours, especially when you go with water and sand, you need to reapply every hours. And in the summer, from 10 a.m to 4 p.m you go out the sun if it is really essential.
Those are basic steps taking care of your skin.

Buying most products in minis: products are sold in travel sizes and some pharmacies will even give you deluxe samples. I live by these. That way you are not bogged down by all of your toiletries and you can make those carry on restrictions!
Don’t change your skin products regularly: It’s super easy to buy whatever is convenient, causing you to change your products on the regular, but that is actually not very effective. You should stick with the same product for about a month to give it time to really work and show the results. It will take some time see what really works for your skin type.

Proper rest– You are reading it right! The health is the most important factor to

 Drink alot water at least 3–4lt per day
 Add salad in your diet! And make sure that you eat salad before your meal
